Roland Sieker
Chairman of the Board

In addition to his position as Chairman of the Veganz Corporation Board of Directors, which he has held since September 2019, Roland Sieker is active as an independent strategic consultant. He began his professional career at Langnese-Iglo Ltd. in Hamburg, after completing his studies at the University of Osnabrueck and Cologne with a degree in Business Administration. Before that, he completed basic military service with the German Air Force. Since 1999, Mr. Sieker has held management positions at various international locations (including Rotterdam, Bangkok, Paris and London of the Unilever Group). This includes, for example, the management of the largest regional Unilever product line with accountability for various global brands and, at times, the management of 80 employees at four international locations. From 2014 – 2017, Mr. Sieker was a member of the global management team as well as in charge of several M&A transactions and venture investments in the EU and the US.

Dr. Manon Sarah Littek
Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors

Dr. Manon Sarah Littek completed her studies in Journalism and Communication Sciences at the Free University of Berlin and received her doctorate in 2010. In 2013, she completed a postgraduate program (Finance for Executives) at INSEAD. Dr. Littek began her professional career in 2012 as Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at DLD Ventures (Hubert Burda Media) after holding various positions within the Burda Group. Since 2016, Dr. Littek has held management positions in various subsidiaries of the Katjesgreenfood Group (Katjesgreenfood Management GmbH, Katjesgreenfood GmbH & Co. limited) and Greenfood Holding).

Dr. Martin B. Jager

Dr. Martin B. Jager graduated in Food Chemistry from the University of Kaiserslautern and received his doctorate in 1992 before starting his professional career at Hoechst Inc. in Frankfurt am Main where he was responsible for the approval of food additives. From 1997 to 2002, Dr. Jager served as VP of Nutrinova Ltd. before becoming Managing Director of Trespaphan Ltd. in 2002. From 2003 to 2004, Dr. Jager was a Group VP of the Celanese Group, responsible for innovation and was Managing Director of Celanese Ventures. Between 2004 and 2012, Dr. Jager worked for BASF SE, most recently as Senior Vice President and in this capacity was responsible for the global additives business for human and animal nutrition. Afterwards, he was appointed to the Board of Executive Directors of Doehler Group SE in 2012 where he was responsible for the Business Units Innovation and Product Development, Technology and IP, Quality and Regulatory Affairs. Dr. Jager is currently Managing Director of InnoVestNutrition GmbH.

Stefan Blaschak

Mr. Blaschak has extensive experience as a management consultant, including acquisitions and investments, and has worked as a board member and managing director in various companies in the consumer goods industry. Mr. Blaschak began his professional career at Coca-Cola and Leerdammer before he was appointed to the Board of Directors of the cheese manufacturer Hochland Inc. in 2001. From 2004 to 2005 he was Deputy Chairman of the Board at Kamps Inc., Europe’s largest bakery, before becoming Managing Partner of Stebla Holding Ltd. From 2008 to 2012 Mr. Blaschak was responsible for the departments Marketing, Sales, Research & Development, Technology, Purchasing and Corporate Communications as Chairman of the Executive Board of Berentzen Inc. Since 2013 Mr.. Blaschak has been working as a management consultant and runs personnel training through the specially founded STEBLA YourSports Ltd. and is founder and managing director of STEBLA Real Estate Ltd.

Ronny Gottschlich

Ronny Gottschlich possesses more than 15 years of experience in food retailing. He began his career in 2004 in the LIDL Group and held various positions with management responsibility until 2016. Between 2009 and 2010, Mr. Gotschlich was COO of LIDL in Germany and Austria. Prior to this, from 2004 to 2009, he was responsible for all LIDL activities in the UK retail market, which is highly competitive, first as Regional Director and from autumn 2010 as CEO. In 2017 he founded Heunadel Retail Advisory Ltd, a platform that helps retailers become more efficient and relevant to their customers. Mr. Gottschlich also works as a senior advisor for the management consultancy Roland Berger.
