Homemade Vegan Fast Food
Admittedly, classic fast food is tasty, but unfortunately has more disadvantages than advantages when animal products such as cheese and meat patties are involved. These include environmental pollution, poor nutrient distribution and short satiety effect, to name just a few shortcomings. So why not try cooking one of our favourite fast food meals at home? You can save not only in terms of calories, but also do the environment a huge favour. In this recipe, we’ll show you how to make a vegan chicken burger easily, with just a few ingredients and less than ten minutes.
Ingredients (2 Serves)
- 2 burger buns
- 2 Veganz Vegan Classic Schnitzel
- 2 tbsp Veganz Sandwich Spread Classic
- A handful of salad of your choice
- Oil, for fying
- Fries or another side of your choice
Fry the Veganz Vegan Classic Schnitzel in a little oil for approx. 6 minutes, turning several times, until crispy.
In the meantime, cut up the salad and slice the burger buns, then fill each with a tablespoon of Sandwich Spread and the salad.
When the Veganz Vegan Classic Schnitzel are ready, place them inside the burger buns, fold everything together, then you’re finished! Suitable sides would be fries, potatoes or a tasty salad.
