One-pot Meals
Known as one-pot meals, they’re great when you’re in a hurry or simply don’t fancy doing loads of washing-up after dinner. Pasta or rice dishes are perfect for one-pot meals, but you can just as well make an aromatic chili in a single large pot.

Take a look at the following recipe to find out how to make an alternative to Chili con Carne with our high-protein Veganz Soy Mince. The alternative to meat boasts as much as 50 g of protein per 100 g. That’s 30 g more protein than in conventional minced beef.

In terms of sustainability, Veganz Soy Mince is just as much of a high achiever. The large 500 g packet causes just 1,207 g of carbon emissions and requires 7 litres of water. Take a look at this comparison: the same amount of minced beef requires nearly 8,000 litres of water and causes 5 kg of carbon emissions!
