Veganz Group: Constituent meeting of the Supervisory Board Ludwigsfelde, August 18, 2025 – Following the Annual General Meeting of Veganz Group AG (WKN: A3E5ED / symbol: VEZ), a leading innovator in the field of plant-based food technologies, the newly elected Supervisory Board was constituted today. Mr. Evgeni Kouris was elected Chairman of the Supervisory Board. Mr. Sascha Voigt was appointed Deputy Chairman. Mr. Evgeni Kouris is the founder and managing director of New Mittelstand in Berlin and has more than 20 years of experience in digital transformation, sustainable business model development, and corporate succession in small and medium-sized enterprises. After studying computer science and business administration, he began his career at BCG Platinion, where he led transformation and digitization projects for international corporations and family businesses and played a key role in establishing BCG Digital and later BCG X. He then founded several start-ups, including Gamewheel in the field of marketing technology, and the New Mittelstand platform, which, with over 1,000 members, is one of the largest networks for corporate succession in the DACH region. In 2020, he took over as interim co-CEO of HERMANN’S, the food tech initiative of the Bahlsen Group, and has been active in the food tech sector ever since. Since 2024, he has also been active as an investor in the field of SME succession and is a shareholder in Veganz Group AG. Mr. Sascha Voigt is the founder and CEO of IP Innovation Partners GmbH, a passionate entrepreneur and investor with over 25 years of experience in new technologies, transformation, licensing, and engineering. With several successful exits over the past 15 years, including to American and Asian corporations, he also has excellent knowledge of the investment sector. The more than 40 patents in which he is involved as a co-inventor impressively demonstrate his expertise. For his successes in one of his companies, he was awarded the Innovation Gold Award by the US Wall Street Journal, among others. Sascha Voigt and his team have been supporting Veganz for several years in the development and scaling of Mililk® technology and production. He has also been a shareholder of Veganz Group AG since 2022. In accordance with the Articles of Association, the term of office of the Supervisory Board extends until the end of the Annual General Meeting that decides on the discharge for the 2029 financial year.
